We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product delivered is:
Damaged
Tampered with, or
Opened at the time of delivery.
If you receive such a package, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at kaayakalpchuran@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged/tampered product.
Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
After approval, refunds will be initiated within 14 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer. Customers are required to share valid bank details for the same.
Products that are opened, used, or returned without proper reason (other than damage/tampering at delivery) will not be eligible for return or refund.
In case of an approved return, the return shipping costs will be borne by Kaaya Kalp Digestive Churan.
